This book was so good. I just could not put it down. The emotional ride Hannah goes through makes you think about life in general. The fact that some things you say to people could be a joke, but its secretly hurting them inside. I recommend you get this book.

I enjoyed reading this book, and I wasn’t disappointed. The hero is gorgeous, of course, and the heroine is talented but modest and likeable and in need of being appreciated by the man in her life. The mystery element to the plot adds a lot of fun, and a reason for the pair to be stranded in Alaska together. This book made me laugh and I loved the romance too, a great read.

This installment of Charlaine Harris’s Sookie Stackhouse series uses a familiar plot device to peel back further layers of the primary characters. As in the other Sookie novels, Harris has created multi-dimensional characters who grow and develop throughout the book. The believable and complex characters combine with a satirical edge that place these books far beyond similarly-marketed works. Don’t think Anita Blake or Betsy Taylor! Think Louis and Lestat with a sense of humor and a whole cast of supernatural beings! Read More »
